Accounts list

• Added export of selected accounts only instead of full list;

Bug fixes

• Some non-friendly scripts having infinite loops inside them lead to account lock-up in Clicking Agent with 100% processor load;
• Can't add/import more than one account with the same banner code;
• Account changes made while the program is working are not saved if the program crashes;
• Program becomes not responsive when several accounts with script processing are running;
• Can't open accounts.cfg file. Access denied." error during program work. May lead to complete program lock.;
• Sometimes number of hits is much greater than it is set;
