When submitting a bug report please have at hand the following information:
- Clicking Agent version
- Your operating system version
- Processor type
- Amount of installed RAM
- Detailed description of the error
- How to reproduce the bug
- The Clicking Agent error report file (error.log) located in the installation directory

(if applicable):
- Your hardware and operating system details
- The URL of your page where you host the banner in question
- Banner code with which you have problems
- Ad company which provided you with the banner code
- Detailed description of the problem
- Access to your banner statistics
